HELPING EMPLOYEES LIVE WELL & EXCEL

YMCA Workplace Wellness

YMCA OF GREATER SEATTLE

Helping your employees become healthier and stronger in body, mind and spirit is our focus and passion at the Y. We do more than provide membership cards – we become your strategic partner in helping your employees achieve and maintain good health.

How do we do it? We identify goals and priorities and work with each individual at their own level to help them stay engaged, and we encourage each employee’s family to get involved with a free trial membership to the Y. Most importantly, we offer a fully-integrated approach to addressing each employee’s individual health needs.

Groups are free and open to the community.
