The University Family YMCA is a unique and dynamic facility. In addition to a full complement of fitness classes, we also have a complete weight room and cardiovascular equipment. Locker rooms are available, as is a co-ed dry sauna.

Monday through Friday: 5:30 am - 10:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
